Submission and qualification requirements
- U.S.-based applicant with at least two years operating as a training provider in its own right.
- Sole proprietorships and single-member LLCs are ineligible.
- Three employer references and instructor resumes.
- Subcontractors permitted; their experience cannot substitute for applicant eligibility.
Published budget and contract structure
Published budget: Up to USD 400,000 per provider; a maximum award, not guaranteed payment
- Up to two years; reimbursement only for eligible completed training slots.
- Course price capped at USD 300 per instructional hour per slot or USD 3,000 per person per course, whichever is less.
