When you contact us, request a First Look or submit a company profile, we collect the information you provide: for example your name, work email, phone number, company name and website, services, buyer and geographic preferences, NAICS codes, certifications, contract vehicles, opportunity details, and any documents you choose to upload. Basic technical logs, and a one-way hash of your network address used to limit repeated submissions, may also be processed to operate and protect the site.

We use submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, provide the requested assessment or service, maintain the security of the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Company profiles are used to identify government opportunities that may be relevant to your business. Every profile is reviewed manually before we send anything, and we contact you only if you gave explicit consent on the form; we record that consent with the time and the version of the consent wording. An email address entered in the form is not treated as verified. You choose daily relevant matches or a weekly digest; we do not promise any particular volume, and you should review each opportunity for eligibility and fit.

You may optionally upload one capability statement (PDF or DOCX, up to 10 MB) or provide a link to one. Uploaded files and opportunity documents are kept in private managed storage, are not publicly linked, and are available only to authorized Bidlook personnel and service providers supporting site operations. Files are not virus-scanned, so do not upload credentials, identity, tax, financial or sensitive security documents.

We use service providers for website hosting, managed data storage, and email delivery to Bidlook. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry or matching service, business records, security, or legal requirements.

Chat on this website is optional and provided by tawk.to. No connection to tawk.to is made until you click "Chat with Bidlook" (or retry loading it). Clicking loads the third-party chat; tawk.to shows its own consent step before chat. After it loads, tawk.to receives technical connection data and uses cookies and local storage, even though optional visitor IP tracking is disabled in our settings. Any name, email and messages you submit in chat are processed by tawk.to so we can respond. tawk.to states that chat data is stored in the United States, and that chats and tickets are retained until deleted, with backups that may persist for up to 90 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Please share only public RFP links in chat, not confidential or sensitive information.

To change your profile preferences, stop receiving opportunity emails, or ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, use the contact page or email sri@bidlook.io. We record withdrawals of consent and exclude those profiles from future matching, subject to legal and operational requirements.
