Submission and qualification requirements
- Email-only electronic SOQ submission; 20-page limit excluding contents, dividers, resumes and rate schedule.
- At least three references for similar work within the previous five years.
- Show response-time, escalation and staffing capability; selected firms and subcontractors need a Dublin business license.
- Personnel accessing police data may require fingerprint-based CJIS checks.
- RFQ lists $2 million professional liability and $1 million cyber/technology E&O, plus general, auto and workers' compensation coverage. State any agreement or insurance exceptions in the SOQ.
