Assess IT, OT and ICS risk across the City's water and wastewater systems, produce NIST CSF 2.0 current and target profiles, identify regulatory gaps, and deliver prioritized remediation guidance and reports.

Submission and qualification requirements
- Three similar water/wastewater or OT/ICS engagements within five years.
- Relevant credentials or equivalent experience, NIST expertise, applicable New York regulatory knowledge and New York public-contract eligibility.
- Onsite and/or remote assessment is allowed when the approach is described; findings and workpapers require secure handling.
- Submit one original and three paper copies in a sealed physical package, plus an electronic PDF via USB or email; email alone is rejected.
