Submission and qualification requirements

  • Mandatory pass/fail qualifications: current authorized Anaplan partner in good standing.
  • Three years of organizational Anaplan experience.
  • Three comparable engagements within five years with production support and enhancements, at least one covering financial, budget, forecast or workforce planning.
  • Certified model builder with 3 years and certified solution architect with 5 years of experience.
  • Project manager with 5 years of experience; the architect may combine the PM role if qualified.
  • Three comparable references covering ongoing support and financial planning.
  • Hands-on Anaplan integrations with both Workday Financial Management and HCM within five years.
  • Two planning domains, one covering budgeting, forecasting or workforce planning.
  • US-located resources and Central-hours availability unless UAF approves otherwise in writing.
  • Offshore access to UAF systems or data is prohibited unless UAF expressly approves it in writing; security/delivery attestation required.
  • Higher-education experience is not required to pass qualification A.2.8.
  • Signed digital submission through UA Formal Bid Submission; maximum 20 MB per file and upload field; Excel not accepted.
  • Official price sheet and page-limited evidence/resumes required.
  • Insurance proof with bid: CGL USD 1 million per occurrence / USD 2 million aggregate, auto USD 1 million, workers compensation/employer liability.
